RMS46Setup.exe is a self-extracting ZIP file that contains all necessary
files to install RMS Version 4.06.0016. The setup can be run as a first-time
install or it can be used to upgrade RMS 4.4 or RMS 4.5 installations. 

Download the RMS46Setup.exe to a folder on your system. Then, to begin 
the install process, go to the same folder and double click the file. 
You will be prompted where you wish to unzip the file. The default 
location is "C:\RMS46_Setup". If desired, choose another location for the
extracted files.  Click Unzip to extract the setup files. 

ORACLE Users:  Also Download the "“Update RMS Oracle DB – 4.4 to 4.5.sql" 
script file if upgrading form 4.4.

In the folder where you extracted the setup files, you will find four 
Word documents:

"RMS 4.6 New Installation Instructions.doc" explains how to setup a 
new RMS installation. 

"RMS 4.6 Upgrade Installation Instructions.doc" explains how to upgrade
an existing RMS installation.

"RMS 4.6 Version Changes.doc" outlines the major enhancements, features
and fixes made since version 4.4.32.

We recommend that you read the appropriate document before running 
the setup program.
