			MoveTrack Version 4.1

The MTv41Upg.exe is a self-extracting ZIP file that contains all necessary
files to upgrade an existing MoveTrack v4.0 or higher installation.  

Click the link MTv41Upg.exe.  You will be prompted to open or save the 
file.  Open the file.  You will then be prompted where you wish to unzip 
the file. The default location is "C:\MT41Upgrade". If desired, choose 
another location for the extracted files.  Click Unzip to extract the setup 
files. 

In the folder where you extracted the setup files, you will find two 
additional documents:

1. 	"MoveTrack 4_1 Upgrade Installation Instructions.doc" 
	- explains how to upgrade an existing MoveTrack installation.

2. 	"MoveTrack 4_1 Version Changes.pdf" 
	- outlines the major enhancements, features and fixes made since version 4.0. 
	- PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO ALL MOVETRACK USERS.

We recommend that you read the appropriate document before running 
the setup program.
